Our Story
FlowCare Consulting & Advisory Services was founded by Barbara Jones, a retired State of Texas case manager with more than 26 years of hands-on experience in Nursing Facility Medicaid. For decades, Barbara worked directly with facilities, families, and the state to ensure long-term care approvals were handled correctly.
Now, she brings that same expertise to nursing facilities as a consultant — helping administrators, CFOs, and care teams eliminate approval bottlenecks and secure consistent revenue.
